2nd Line Support Engineer, Service Desk Analyst (Telecoms) 

Brighton

£25k - £35k PA 

2nd Line Support Engineer, Service Desk Analyst (Telecoms) required by out dynamic, specialist networking client based in the heart of Brighton.

This role would see you working in a small team of skiled engineers to provide advanced support services and troubleshooting to a number of customers and clients. 

Skills/ Experience Required : 

  • Commercial experience within a similar 2nd Line Support role
  • Commercial experience installing/ supporting telephony systems (VOIP, SIP, PBX) 
  • Experience working with Firewalls, Routers and Network Configuration
  • Strong working knowledge of Troublshooting and IP Networking
