Software Project Manager – Brighton, East Sussex - £50k + bens


An experienced Project Manager is required for a newly created requirement within a well-established and continually expanding technology organisation of note. We seek an end to end Project Manager with good experience of managing the full development life cycle. This is an important role that will see you working hand in hand with a broad array of clients. Fast paced and dare I say booming business that offers further scope to evolve.

The selected candidate will apply solid project management and leadership skills and experience in delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction. This candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills. 

The PM will help identify, pursue, and close strategic business opportunities while continually driving add-on business within existing accounts. To accomplish this, the Project Manager must be excellent in developing key relationships. The successful candidate will help translate business requirements into technology requirements for inclusion in contracts and/or statements of work. 

The PM is responsible for the successful implementation of our CRM solutions into the clients environment as agreed and sold by our account executives. 

The PM will be accountable for the delivery and implementation of our CRM solution. The PM's work is crucial in the areas of Functional Design, Requirement Analysis, Process Mapping, Workflow Development, acquiring and disseminating Product Expertise, End User Training, Management Information and interfaces to/from CRM. 

Finally, the PM is the primary point-of-contact for customer interaction and thus maintains a key role in the company's ability to develop the relationship, including any further business.

 

Skill and knowledge desired

  • Internally the Project Manager is the Product Owner Role in a Scrum Methodology; all delivery teams are based on a Scrum Methodology.
  • To manage the collection of the customers requirements via meetings, online meetings, phone calls another standard communication methods
  • To eloquently document process mapping workshops for the customer's key CRM processes
  • To define the processes and test that the application executes the processes successfully.
  • To define and document the CRM Management Information requirements
  • To act as a point of liaison between the customer and the company
