Mobility Service Manager, Dudley, West Midlands

Mobility Service Manager required by our Global client to work from their offices based in Dudley to manage the effective and reliable running of their Mobility services which include mobile telephony, mobile voice & data and mobile hardware support.  You'll be responsible for the management and operations of the mobility services throughout the UK and maintaining a global framework for Mobility Services. 

Responsibilities include:

- Ensure that the Global Mobile Device standards are maintained and distributed.
- Be able to offer advice and support throughout device selection, managed service options and selections, including Telco selection
- Own and be accountable for all Service Levels provided by the UK Telco.
- Manage inventory of stock
- Manage and support new starters, asset management recovery
- Manage implementation of new projects, service and service changes (e.g. tariffs, roaming, international)
- Management of all mobility incidents and service requests.
- Managing 3rd party service providers

We are looking for candidates with experience of working in a similar position managing Mobility Services for a medium to large company.   You'll have a good understanding of mobile technologies, including devices and infrastructure .  You'll be working closely with internal customers, communicating technical solutions and scenarios to non-technical members of staff so excellent communication skills are key.
