Service desk Analyst/ Helpdesk Analyst/ 1st Line Support Analyst – Lewes, West Sussex 3 months 

Service desk analyst / Helpdesk Analyst/ 1st Line Support Analyst is required by large organisation to join an energetic and fast paced IT Support team. In this role, you will provide an excellent and consistent level of 1st line IT technical support.

  • Predominantly you will be working with IT support of Windows 2012 / XP and Active Directory etc
  • To deal with third-party companies over repairs and support as required.
  • To provide end user coaching with regard to PC based packages such as word, Excel etc.
  • To ensure that all I.T. asset movements are recorded in the extranet correctly and where necessary Accounts are informed for Fixed Assets.
  • Maintain appropriate stocks of computer consumables.
  • To carry out the installation of hardware & software as required, ensuring that licence compliance is adhered to,
  • Produce and update systems related documentation.
  • To undertake any I.T. project-based work that is within their scope of expertise.
  • To carry out user and system administration as required, ensuring that Change notes are completed appropriately.
  • Any other reasonable ad-hoc duties that are requested.
  • Ensures that all work is completed in a timely, organised and tidy manner.
