Service Desk Analyst, 1st Line Support Analyst

Service Desk Analyst or 1st Line Support Analyst required to join the IT team of our global client.

You will be supporting the business on 1st line support requests, acting on phone, email and deskside technical tasks.

Our client are a global business who have a great working environment and established support function which will allow you the chance to progress and gain additional IT knowledge.

The required skill set for this role is:

  • Previous 1st line support or service desk experience
  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Have worked with a ticketing system (SysAid would be ideal, but any considered)
  • Windows and Office support
  • Audio Visual (AV) technology support (A bonus)
  • Have supported basic telephony
  • ITIL foundation or having worked in ITIL environment would also be a great added bonus

This Service Desk Analyst role is an excellent opportunity for those who have gone through academia, or courses such as CompTIA, BTEC or Pearson in practice and are looking for their first role, or someone who is working in support and looking for their next move.
