Technical Support, IT Support, IT Analyst is required by a technical software house based in central Brighton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Technical Support, IT Support, IT Analyst who is looking to take on the responsibility for our clients product which means it’s extremely important their system is continually monitored for any issues and offering best solution where needed.  This is a key opportunity for those with very strong and professional customer service experience to work across an internal ticketing system, resolving client issues across multiple projects.

Should you also have experienced or prove confident in a technical web environment, that will also prove highly advantageous for this Technical Support, IT Support, IT Analyst role;

Skills required;

  • Internal product support experience
  • Strong account management/customer service background
  • Technical ability in support/web
  • Analytical mind set
