Service delivery manager, South London
My client has a permanent requirement for a Service Delivery Manager. You will be accountable and responsible for all aspects of service delivery management for the internal IT, and be the primary point of contact for the client for all day to day service delivery issues. This includes responsibility for managing the live service. This role has a high demand of customer facing content and requires an experienced service delivery professional capable of operating at the highest levels within client organisations. In completing this role you will tasked with attending monthly service review meetings,You will be highly accountable fopr a broad range of third party suppliers.. You will be integral to the IT Service desk function. You will also be tasked with maintaining the organisational ITIL framework.
