Test Manager/QA Manager Crawley, West Sussex Test Manager/QA Manager, Crawley, West Sussex . A test manager/QA Manager position has just been newly created by our growing FTSE100 client. Working from their impressive offices in the shadows of London Gatwick Airport you will be called upon to use your demonstrable Test Management expertise to lead a good team of Test Analysts. Below are skills/experience required Role Purpose: To manage and take full responsibility for the timely and quality delivery of testing phases across a portfolio of projects. To follow the defined corporate test strategy for testing & monitoring, be responsible for test plans, scripts, error logs, reports and metrics, produce high level test plans and complete overall planning, scheduling, effort estimation and resource forecasting for testing across the life cycle of projects. Experience for Test Manager: At least 5 years experience within an IT software development environment. At least 4 years experience in Test Manager role. Experience in developing test strategies and test plans across multiple systems. Proven formal test methodology experience. Be familiar and have experience with one or more formal techniques used in design and development of information systems. The successful candidate will have an ISEB certificate in testing, be competent in change & risk management and have good understanding of different testing suite.
