Our client is a well respected national organization. Within this role, you will provide 1st/2nd level technical support and troubleshoot to the client's end- users and system support staff who have contacted the Service Desk via phone, Web-logged calls or email.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in 1st and 2nd line support with a proven track record in delivering excellent Customer service. You should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office 2003/2007, Windows XP, Active Directory and ideally PC Hardware.
You must be able to work as a team in a shift rotation pattern
