E-Learning Instructional Designer
Instructional Designer required by market-leading E-learning organisation.
You will act as a content consultant for clients by analysing their requirements and authoring the solutions. You will also manage the transformation of your solution from the design stage to the finished product and ensure its quality.
Responsibilities
• Development of content for bespoke training solutions and business communications
• Product analysis, development and quality assurance
• Project and client management
• • Manage, lead and coach a project design team
Essential
• Experience in the design and development of e-learning programmes
• Highly literate with some demonstrable writing ability
• Very good eye for detail
• Confident and dynamic, an exceptional verbal communicator, able to liaise with senior client contacts
• Smart and presentable
• Organised self-starter with an enthusiastic can-do approach
