
IT Support Analyst - Brighton - £18-20k

Our client, a successful software house, is looking to recruit a bright IT Support Analyst with solid 1st and 2nd line support experience.
Responsibilities will include the following:
Provide 1st Line and 2nd Line Support using the following methods
Support Ticket System
Email
Telephone
Managing Remote Servers via SSH, RDP and VPN's
Actively/Continually Explore and Learn the Software
Create and Update Application User guides
Support Portal Maintenance and User Management
Bug Reporting/Application Testing
You will have solid communication skills and ideally at least 2 years experience in 1st / 2nd line support. Any exposure of LAMP or Linux web servers is also highly desirable.
