Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer

Arc IT Recruitment are a well-established, fun and vibrant, consultancy that offers a forward thinking and innovative approach to recruitment. Our business has grown steadily over the last few years: our client base spans the length and breadth of the UK and we also have significant presence in Europe and the US.

As a result of this continued growth we are looking for a talented individual to support a small team of Consultants.

Key Requirements:

  • Search external job boards and internal databases for the best candidates to meet the needs of our clients
  • Inputting data onto the company’s CRM to track candidate submission and progression
  • Submitting CVs to client either by email or through the client’s portal
  • Organising interviews by telephone and email
  • Construct and provide feedback to both clients and candidates
  • Monitor the team’s emails and take action as required
  • Ensuring all information is updated on spreadsheets and whiteboards
  • Additional administrative duties
  • Project work as and when required

Key Skills:

  • It is essential that you have some previous recruitment experience and a basic knowledge of technical requirements
  • You will have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong administrative and MS Office skills
