An exciting opportunity has arisen within ARC IT, based in central Brighton.  We are now seeking a Talent Resourcer to join our supportive, friendly and sociable team to develop a career in the recruitment world. 

We are a well-established consultancy offering a forwarding thinking approach to recruitment.  We have grown steadily over the past decade, hitting record figures and due to our team’s dedication and proficient management strategies, we are already exceeding our targets and goals for this year.  Due to this success, we are now actively hiring!

This is a new and exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to join our team with offices based near Brighton station and the laines. The role will be a combination of remote and office based.  Full training and guidance will be provided by our dedicated Consultants and Resourcers.  No experience within the recruitment industry is required, however, an eagerness to learn, alongside a positive and tenacious attitude is imperative. You must possess outstanding administrative skills, together with a can do attitude. 

 

Duties will include:

  • Searching external job boards and internal databases for suitable candidates as specified by our clients
  • Being the point of contact for candidates and clients
  • Organising interviews by telephone and email
  • Briefing candidates over the telephone
  • Monitoring the Director’s emails and organising his diary, updating him with all interview activity, feedback and any other issues
  • Inputting data onto the company’s CRM to track candidate submission and progression
  • Ensuring all information is updated on spreadsheets and whiteboards
  • Writing job specifications and posting to external job sites
  • Conducting LinkedIn campaigns
  • Additional administrative duties
  • Project work as and when required
