Customer Services Specialist – Telecommunications (Entry Level Role)

A Customer Services Specialist is required to join a Specialist telecommunications group in the heart of Brighton.
Our client is a young, dynamic company with a working space that is fun, fast passed and a rewarding environment to work in. The focus of the role is on assisting with customer queries and tickets, conducting administrative duties in the office and escalating to relevant internal team members when necessary.
Ideally, the right candidate will possess a previous background or training within customer services, have strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with both clients and internal members of staff.
Porting experience is a bonus, but not required for this role.
