An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Delivery Consultant/ Recruitment Resourcer with some experience, ideally within tech, to join our successful, sociable and supportive team.  

ARC IT Recruitment are a well-established consultancy offering a forwarding thinking approach to recruitment.  We have grown steadily over the past decade, hitting record growth and we are already exceeding our targets and goals for this year. Our offices are based near Brighton station and the Laines and we operate a flexible hybrid working pattern, both remote and office based.  

Within this role you will join a high energy, successful account team working on technical roles across a wide variety of business sectors from tech start-ups to multinational financial services organisations. The ideal candidate will have bags of enthusiasm, an eagerness to learn and tenacious attitude.  


What you will do:
 

  • Search external job boards and internal databases for the best candidates to meet the needs of our clients  
  • Brief candidates on roles  
  • Inputting data onto the company’s CRM to track candidate submission and progression 
  • Write job specifications and posting to external job sites 
  • Conduct LinkedIn campaigns 
  • Submitting CVs to client either by email or through the client’s portal 
  • Organising interviews by telephone and email 
  • Construct and provide feedback to both clients and candidates 
  • Dealing with offers and contracts 
  • Act as a main point of contact for candidates and clients 
  • Monitor the team’s emails and take action as required 
  • Ensuring all information is updated on spreadsheets and whiteboards 
  • Additional administrative duties 
  • Project work as and when required 

What you will bring: 

  • Previous recruitment experience, ideally within a technical capacity (although not essential) 
  • Outstanding organisational skills 
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills 
  • Strong administrative and MS Office skills 
  • An upbeat, enthusiastic approach to work with an eye for detail  
  • A real team player
