An experienced Senior Support Engineer is required by leading Cloud Services Provider based in Central Brighton. 

This Senior Support Engineer role will see you providing daily support to a variety of customers as well as overseeing the day to day operations of the companies service desk and mentoring a small team of support staff. 

Skills/ Experience Required - 

  • At least 4 years experience working within a service desk role/ environment ideally with some lead experience
  • Strong knowledge of various Networking technologies such as - DHCP, TCP/ IP, DNS, VLAN, FTP etc
  • Any experience with SIP or VOIP is highly beneficial 
  • Experience with Linux administration 
  • A full clean UK Driving License is required
