Service Delivery Manager to join a brilliant Ops team and manage an international team from our clients HQ in Brighton.
Managing all areas of Global Technical Support this role requires a strong background in leadership, management and solid understanding of IT desktop support to ensure your team is well equipped to carry out end user support for any issues or problems. Whilst providing monthly reports you will be tasked with highlighting areas of weakness and converting to areas of strength across the performance of IT systems. With a great task at hand this Service Delivery Manager role manages a wide remit of technical professionals and essential to have experience in a vast IT department.
