PMO / Programme Office Manager 


PMO / Programme Office Manager required by our client, an impressive financial business, currently going through an exciting period of growth!

We are looking for an experienced PMO to support an established Project Management Team based in our clients offices in Horsham.  You will be working on specific projects, providing specialist project management and process improvement support.  You will be ensuring that all projects are achieved in line with set governance and business goals as well as up to customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance. 

We are looking for someone with a strong PMO background with a degree of equivalent in business management.  You'll be proficient in the principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of multiple projects from initiation through to successful conclusion.  

You will need the confidence to provide advice and challenge difficult decisions, able to influence at senior manager level and work under pressure.  You will have experience of managing stakeholders and project budgeting and financial management. 

Ideally we are looking for candidates with a Financial Services background who have experience of managing multiple projects with an understanding of SAFe Agile / Agile working methods.  Also Prince 2, Lean or Six Sigma would be desirable.
