Service Desk Analyst / Help Desk Analyst x 2– Norwich, East Anglia – 3 months rolling contracts 

Service Desk Analyst / Help Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst x 2 are required by leading UK organisation to essentially work within a dynamic customer call centre. This role will entail customer support and 1st line IT support within a Microsoft environment, spanning MS Office, MS Outlook and to a lesser degree Windows / Active Directory. We require at least two customer support professionals to work within a pleasant, fast paced support environment. These roles will roll and ultimately potentially offer scope for perm. You will have great customer skills and ideally the ability to work on basic IT support… alternatively our client are more than happy to provide basic cross training to enable you to start your IT support career.
