CRM Support Consultant required for a successful IT Solutions Consultancy who specialise in delivering ERP and CRM solutions across a wide client base, within the Financial Services industry.

We are looking for an experienced CRM support individual to provide support with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. You will help to develop our client’s new service desk which provides an essential support service for their existing client base. You will take ownership of enquiries, managing the lifecycle of each enquiry from the first point of contact through to resolution whilst keeping the customer informed of the progress throughout the whole process. You will also inform clients of new product features via webinars and short demos as well as keeping documentation up to date in the knowledge base. 

This role requires excellent customer service and communication skills as well as a strong aptitude for trouble shooting and problem solving. You will be given the opportunity to develop your Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM knowledge through training and working alongside experienced consultants. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills are required as well as the ability to prioritise and plan your workload to meet deadlines.
