Desktop Support Analyst, Morecambe, Lancashire – Up to £26k

Desktop Support Analyst required by one of Britain's leading business services groups to work within a professional, structured working environment. Working as a part of a team you will be responsible for managing the day to day management of desktop and end user devices used within the business. 

Your role will include:
- Administration of User accounts (Active Directory) and collaboration tools (GSuite, O365) and associated applications
- Management of onsite server environment (Windows/ VMware)
- Help to maintain the UK Software Deployment Solution.
- Installing / removing hardware / software, helping to resolve problems/faults.
- Prepare/maintain operational documentation.
- Management of onsite server environment (Windows/ VMware)
- Using Microsoft Deployment Server and related tools to produce desktop images, managing and maintain these images on a 3 monthly cycle updating software and implementing patches. 
We are looking for candidates who have an ITIL Foundation certificate or have worked extensively in an ITIL environment.
