Operations Lead / Software Support Team Leader
Operations Lead / Software Support Team Leader required for global industry leader to be responsible for managing the software support team in their Brighton offices. You will be providing guidance and support, managing a team of up to 6 direct reports.
Job responsibilities will include:
- management of the software support service to a worldwide customer base
- developing and improving current support processes and procedures
- ensuring the contractual SLAs are met
- providing guidance for team members, allocating tasks
- carrying out face to face and telephone reviews with customers
We are looking for candidates with experience in:
- software / application support background
- management of employees including team building, reviews, etc.
- direct customer experience
- understanding of contractual deliverables / SLAs.
