Service desk analyst / Helpdesk Analyst / Support Analyst required by large organisation to join an energetic and fast paced IT Support team.
In this role, you will provide an excellent and consistent level of IT technical support. Predominantly you will be working with IT support of Windows Server, MS Office and Active Directory etc.
To deal with second line support issues as far as possible & ensure appropriate escalation to other IT resource if unable to resolve in a timely manner.
To deal with third-party companies over repairs and support as required.
To provide software support.
To carry out the installation of hardware & software as required, ensuring that licence compliance is adhered to.
Produce and update systems related documentation.
To undertake any IT project based work that is within their scope of expertise.
To carry out user and system administration as required, ensuring that Change notes are completed appropriately.
Any other reasonable ad-hoc duties that are requested.
Ensures that all work is completed in a timely, organised and tidy manner.
This is a role where you will be given the opportunity to continuously progress your skill set through a number of different mediums including mentoring, in house training, training courses and hands on experience.
