I’m delighted to announce a number of brand-new roles within an exciting technology business in Horsham. My client is one of the fastest growing technology businesses in the south and through extensive expansion are now looking to expand their in-house IT Support team. This role will offer you the chance to start your IT career from scratch, all they ask is that you are able to bring some strong customer service experience as well as basic MS office and Excel knowledge.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • An in-depth knowledge of MS Office, particularly on Excel
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • 1-2 years customer service experience (retail/hospitality or another helpdesk role)

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • An excellent telephone manner, friendly, professional and customer focused
  • The ability to work to deadlines and effectively manage tasks
  • Empathetic to needs of the customers
