An experienced Service Desk Manager is required to join an impressive organization of note. You will have experience mentoring / managing a small IT service desk providing 1st & 2nd line remote support to a sizable company with multiple sites.

 

Responsibilities will include:

- Ticket management & escalation

- KPI & SLA management

- Performance reporting
