Service Desk Analyst / Help Desk Analyst is required by leading UK organisation to essentially work within a charming customer call centre. This role will entail customer support and 1st line IT support within a Microsoft environment, spanning MS Office, MS Outlook etc. We require at least two customer support professionals to work within a pleasant, fast paced support environment.

You will have great customer skills and ideally the ability to work on basic IT support… alternatively our client are more than happy to provide basic cross training to enable you to start your IT support career. Please do send your cv now.
