IT Support / IT Operations Analyst
Remote based, Tunbridge Wells, Kent
IT Support / IT Operations Analyst required by rapidly expanding technology driven business.
Working in a fast-paced, rewarding 24-hour industry and being a key part of a great team, you will be involved in a broad range of IT-related projects and activities supporting some 700 users across the UK.
Reporting to the UK IT Operations Manager you will be responsible for providing ongoing pro-active maintenance and support for the company’s infrastructure and business critical applications to ensure exceptional IT service availability and quality. A good level of technical knowledge and experience is required, as well as a customer service mindset.
The role is based in Eastbourne or Wrotham Kent, with regular travel to other sites an essential part of the job. The reality is that our client are happy for the candidate to work remotely travelling between respective sites as and when. To be successful in the role you will require 3 years' experience in an IT support role, ideally gained within a contact centre alarm software, telephony and virtualized environment.
Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, ITIL, Quality Assurance and ISO-standards would also be very useful, along with experience of supporting the following technologies: VMware, Windows Server, WSUS, WDS, Citrix, Office 365, Mimecast, UTM firewalls, IP telephony
