Desktop Support Engineer with strong Windows 10, Office 365, Exchange 2013/2016 with 2nd line support background required to join a well - established Desktop Support team.


You'll be providing technical support, troubleshooting and diagnosing faults on PCs, laptops, printers, phone system and mobile/tablet support. This role involves: Taking support issues via phone, email and service desk tickets so you'll need to be able to prioritise, resolve or escalate them within set timescales.

Creating new accounts for new members of staff - Active Directory. New user training.

Maintain IT Asset register.

Skills required include the following: Windows 10 Networking skills - specifically TCP/IP Active Directory

Ideally you will have knowledge of Windows 10 images using MDT/WDS Administration of Office 365 and Exchange 2013/2016 Working knowledge of Powershell Scripting would be desirable.

Please note that this role will run on a shift basis - there are three shift patterns which will cover the hours of 8am to 6pm.
