Salary: up to £75k + bonus + benefits

The Role:
Well-known digital marketplace client is looking for a Data Engineer to join their progressive and growing data team, supporting the development of a state-of-the-art data platform and bespoke data analytics application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of new data models, core data sets, data extractions, transformations and loading processes.
- Support existing process and own data quality Implement new data integrations and write custom plugins in Airflow Own
- Maintain the data architecture elements and its performance and security.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in developing on a big data cloud platform.
- Experience in developing airflow pipelines on AWS or GCP
- Experience in developing pipelines using Python
- Experience in writing complex SQL statements and data transformations in SQL
- Experienced with: Airflow,, AWS Step functions Hive, Hadoop, Spark, Presto, Athena, Redshift, BigQuery
This is a great role working alongside other Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Data Analysts and supporting a company in serious scale-up mode.
