Business Analyst

The Role:

Software Business Analyst required for a vibrant Brighton based Software House. This is a great opportunity for an Agile, pro-active Business Analyst with at least one year’s experience to make a real impact on the business as it goes through an exciting period of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Working with another BA and an experienced team of Developers, you will be responsible for:

• Liaising with, and understanding, client requirements.
• Documenting requirements, and creation of application wireframes.
• Design, develop and document new and existing
• Requirement gathering processes.
• Creating projects and development tasks using in-house Task Management System.
• Liaising with programmers on client requirements.
• Engaging with Clients during testing of new functionality to ensure they meet documented requirements.

Key Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who have the following:

• 1+ Years Business/Software Analysis experience.
• Experience in taking part in workshops with clients in order to obtain requirements.
• Proven ability to articulate solutions that meet business needs.
• Well-developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced working environment.
• Positive attitude, determined and a great listener and communicator.
• A good understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Applications.
• Experience of Business Process Development.
