Business Analyst – Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analyst sought to join an industry-leading reinsurance organization. You will be supporting the Business analysis Manager with delivering project assignments, focusing on shaping strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrable analytical, problem-solving, investigative, and decision-making skills
• Be able to gather, analyze and report on data.
• Use report-writing skills, including an orientation toward detail and precision
• Have excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
• Ability to work under own direction to agreed plan.
• Have good time management.
• Have strong planning and organization.
• Educated to a Degree level – ideally in Mathematics, Statistics or Business Studies
• Knowledge of insurance trends, developments, current standards, and regulatory frameworks
