Salesforce Five9 Administrator

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with Five9 experience, to work for a well-renowned online marketplace. You will be a Certified Salesforce Administrator working alongside a sales function & development team, focusing on Salesforce configuration and customization.

Please note, we are not able to sponsor in this instance and candidates need to be based in the UK.

Key Requirements:

• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201)
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Salesforce Flows
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a track record of successful implementations and enhancements.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including but not limited to flows, page layouts, and data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and intuitive solutions.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) or Platform App Builder certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of CTI Implementations
