The Role:

Lead Developer

required by our client, a top travel industry software company,  Their rapidly expanding travel software business specialises in cutting-edge technological solutions for the travel sector.   We are currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer to work remotely with our fast-paced team and contribute significantly to the development of our upcoming product line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack solutions, with a primary focus on back-end development using C#.
• Build and maintain front-end features using modern JavaScript frameworks, such as Vue.js or React.js.
• Architect, develop, and deploy cloud-based solutions using Azure.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications through high-quality coding and best practices.
• Leading a small team of developers, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the technical quality of the team’s output.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on back-end development using C#.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js or React.js.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native development.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in an Azure environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment.
