Service Delivery Manager is required by hugely buoyant financial services organisation. This role is based in their offices in the heart of the city. The Service Delivery Manager is a high-profile customer facing role within IT responsible for managing all aspects of the relationship between the IT division and the Shared Service Centre (HSSC) based in India.

As a single point of accountability, the Service Delivery Manager owns and manages all customer related issues, changes, incidents and escalations through to resolution while ensuring a high standard of Customer Satisfaction is maintained at all times.

Key Requirements:

  • Min. 5 years previous experience as a Service Delivery Manager
  • Experienced at working with off-shore service centres
  • Familiar with Service Management within an ITIL service delivery framework
  • Experience of using service management ticketing systems and reporting tools
  • Experience of delivering managed service contracts for enterprise clients
  • Desirable although not essential, able to speak all or some Marathi, Hindi or Gujarati languages
  • ITIL Foundation v3
