Service Delivery Manager with specific experience managing off-shore service centres is required by hugely buoyant financial services organisation. The Service Delivery Manager is a high-profile customer facing role within IT responsible for managing all aspects of the relationship between the IT division and the Shared Service Centre based in India. The role entails deep I.T. knowledge around Infrastructure, Application Support, Project Manager, Automation projects and senior stakeholder management.

As a single point of accountability, the Service Delivery Manager owns and manages all customer related issues, changes, incidents and escalations through to resolution while ensuring a high standard of Customer Satisfaction is maintained at all times.


Key Requirements:

  • Min. 5 years previous experience as a Service Delivery Manager
  • Experienced managing off-shore service centres
  • Familiar with Service Management within an ITIL service delivery framework
  • Experience of using service management ticketing systems and reporting tools
  • Experience of delivering managed service contracts for enterprise clients
  • Experience in the Insurance industry
  • ITIL Foundation v3
