Technical Communication Manager with previous experience working on MS Team migrations is required by a prestigious financial services organisation based in the City of London.  This role will comprise elements of strategy, design, introduction, management and support and will see you working closely with key stakeholders and vendors.

This is a pivotal role sitting in their infrastructure division and has 3 key responsibilities;

1/ Responsible for their global BlueJeans deployment to all users and then managing the BAU

2/  Managing their Audio-Visual Upgrade programme in the London office, holding line management responsibility for the AV engineers.

3/ Responsible for communication features of Microsoft Teams.

This is a technically hands on role.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience migrating to MS Teams
  • Audio Visual experience
  • Experience of Vendor Management and negotiation
  • Experience managing projects from inception to delivery
  • The ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel and work in high pressure environment
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment and to work autonomously
  • Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging unified communication technologies
  • Required, experience working with the following technologies:
  • Desired, experience working with a selection of the following solutions or technologies: Office 365, Skype for Business, SharePoint, Mitel, Polycom, Windows 10, BlueJeans, Zoom, WebEx, Arkadin, MeetMe, Various Video Conferencing solutions such as Tanburg / Cisco, Polycom, Crestron, AMX, Extron, Ring Central
