Salesforce Administrator

Salesforce Administrator required by vibrant Brighton based software house. The purpose of this role is to further develop, optimise and support the Salesforce application via Salesforce administration, configuration, data management and associated technologies. This position sits in the IT Development Team, reporting to the IT Development Manager. The SA is a Salesforce stakeholder for the business, and fulfils a business-wide function.  The role is the first line of contact for Salesforce issues, queries and administration.  The role provides a high level of support to the rest of IT Team with the smooth running of Salesforce development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Salesforce administration and housekeeping
  • Management of Salesforce tickets
  • Salesforce end user support
  • Reporting and dashboard management
  • Data Management and Manipulation
  • Creating and amending process automation 
  • Troubleshoot issues, fixing where possible and escalating

 

Key Requirements: 

  • 1 years min. direct experience of Salesforce administration, including experience in customisations
  • Preferably be a Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201/211)
  • Ideally have experience with Pardot and FinancialForce (advantageous, but not essential)
  • Have experience of being the point of contact for Salesforce queries from across the business, and in resolving user queries
  • Ideally have experience of project development/delivery (this is desirable but not essential)
