Desktop Support Analyst L1 & L2

Senior Desktop Support Analyst required by leading financial services organisation based beautiful offices in Canary Wharf. This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to be involved in project work as well as BAU support.

Key responsibilities:

  • Level 1&2 Tech support in the following areas:
    • PC, MAC, Mobile devices,
    • RSA token, Video Conference, software and basic network support
  • Follows standards and guidelines to install, configure, customize, troubleshoot, upgrade and maintain:
    • workstations, printers, wireless devices, handheld devices and peripherals
  • incident response, service request management & ticket resolution
  • Onsite role

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience within similar desktop support role (Level 1 & 2), ideally within professional services, financial, banking or asset management environment
  • High degree or familiarity with some or all of the following technologies: Windows 7/8, OSX, iOS, Microsoft Office, Internet Browsers, Local Account Management, Installs and removals, Registry
  • High degree or familiarity with some or all of the following hardware: Desktop / Laptop, Blackberry, iPad, iPhone, Android Phones, Printers, Video Conferencing equipment, Cisco IP phones
  • Experience of working in ITIL environment
  • Knowledge of WAN, TCP/IP & Server OS
  • Excellent customer service / comms skills
  • Degree in computing or related field
