The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops or other methods of interaction to elicit business requirements and solution objectives.
- Act as lead contact on Broker client engagements from a functional/technical delivery perspective
- Translate detailed business requirements into working software solutions using software products and configuration tools.
- Adhere to and contribute to the enhancement of best practice design and configuration of software products
- Work collaboratively with the client and project teams to drive delivery of the agreed solution
- Mentor and guide team members throughout the client solution delivery process
- Software configuration/Solution testing/validation/issue resolution
- Confidently demonstrate product solutions in new client engagements
- Lead and participate in internal quality reviews of solution delivery processes
- Lead and drive client solution delivery quality activities
- Prepare Business Requirements and Technical solution documentation
- Provide inputs to project work estimates
- Lead/Support the process of transitioning completed projects into support
Key Requirements:
- Insurance Broking domain expertise – retail and Wholesale including Lloyds and Company market knowledge
- SQL skills including the ability to construct SQL queries, views, triggers and stored procedures
- Strong client/stakeholder management skills
- A detailed understanding of the full project delivery life cycle
- A high level of attention to detail with strong documentation skills
