CRM Analyst, MS Dynamics
Salary: £50K-£70K (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits

The Role:
CRM Analyst with experience of MS Dynamics is required to join the Wealth Management Division of a prestigious financial services organisation with offices in the heart of the city (hybrid working). As the first point of call for all CRM queries, you will be responsible for managing tickets, resolving issues and communicating with key stakeholders. You will also play a key role in creating/maintaining reports and dashboards so strong data and have Excel skills are a must. This role is offered as an initial 1-year fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily first-line support for CRM issues & requests for users
- Conduct root cause analysis on issues and plan solutions with CRM Application Manager
- Manage helpdesk tickets in line with SLAs and escalate breaches
- Maintain and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related applications daily
- Manage Users, Teams, Security Access & Roles, Access Control & Auditing
- Create/Maintain Dashboards, Reports, Views, Charts
- CRM Data management including understanding of data model
- Report Management & Advanced Queries
Key Requirements:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
- Experience in administrating CRM systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong Microsoft app experience (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Visio (required)
- Experienced in providing first-line user support and best practices
- Experience in managing and analysing complex data sets
- Agile and flexible approach to work
- Detailed orientated with strong analytical skills.
- Strong organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to convey messages to a range of audiences
- Capable of working independently and collaborating in larger working groups. Also being able to adjust between the two modes of working throughout the day
Nice to haves:
- SQL and/or XML experience
- Experience using Wealth Dynamix WDX-1
- Experience with Power Automate & Power BI
- Experienced with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
