Business Analyst is sought by vibrant and fast-paced digital platform division within gobal Insurance Group. This role be key to ensuring that the business requirements are understood, translated into outcomes, and met by their technology delivery.  You will work closely with underwriters, as well as internal and external partners.

Key Requirements:

Key Requirements:

• Significant applications or systems BA experience
• Insurance or financial services is useful, however not essential
• Self-motivated and service oriented
• Possess technical curiosity and an innovative mindset with an appetite for researching and utilizing new technology trends and a passion to automate repetitive tasks
• Problem solving and analytical skills with excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
• Good attention to detail with ability to work autonomy as required
• Technical minded individual and a logical thinker

• Product experience and ideas on how to ship high-quality products quickly and efficientlyAn excellent knowledge of Agile delivery methods; an understanding of what makes good User Stories, and how to maintain a tidy product backlog as scope and requirements change, as well as the ability and willingness to coach others
• A ‘release early and often’ Agile mind-set
