Digital Business Analyst

The Role:

Digital Business Analyst is sought by a prestigious brand with head offices in central London. Working within their small but highly functional digital team, you will support the ongoing development of the organisation’s suite of websites. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working within a similar web-focused role and be comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of key projects. Agile and CMS experience is essential and any experience working collaboratively with external vendors/agencies would be beneficial. Key Responsibilities:

• Improve product features and measure the impact of these changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across disciplines such as product, engineering, design, success, and support.
• Support the Product Owner as a contact for projects and other necessary communications.
• Provide CMS support to website users.
• Creates and update user stories.
• Support the Programme manager to help drive adoption and use of products.
• Creates release notes and change notes.
• Assist with communication and launch plan of developed and/or enhanced products.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Experience in the Agile development process.
• Strong knowledge of BDD user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Approximately 3 years relevant work experience.
• Some knowledge of SEO principles.
• Experience using website content management systems.
• Data literate, able to determine and track KPIs, track and analyse website traffic, produce, and present reports making recommendations as a result of analysis.
