Business Analyst, Retirement Finance Solutions

The Role:

Business Analyst is sought by thriving Financial Services organisation in the City of London. You will be responsible for leading business analysis activities to drive rapid and effective design and delivery of solutions to priority business problems. Analysing complex business needs, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand desired business outcomes, as well as partner with Business Product Owners, SMEs and delivery teams across the group to drive effective definition and prioritisation of initiatives/requirements and design of innovative solutions to meet business needs.

You will combine analytical, creative, and communication skills, as well as a broad and deep expertise in analysis techniques, solution development, and project/change management.

In addition to domain knowledge for the Retail business

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional business analysis
• Demonstrable ability to analyse complex business needs and design innovative solutions
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to present messages clearly and guide analysis activity
• Understanding of change impact and how to navigate it
• Relevant certifications in analysis standards, expertise in analysis techniques, solution development, and project/change management
• Adaptable and creative problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
