This is a fantastic offering for an experienced Support Engineer, Technical Customer Support who has a reputation of building strong customer relationships with customers, identifying any technical issues and resolving in a timely and effective manner.

Whether you have an interest in software development or a professional background within software companies this Support Engineer, Technical Customer Support position will offer both these opportunities! You will engage with a proactive and hard working team of developers, app designers, engineers when resolving complex issues for both technical and non-technical customers, via a ticketing system. Due to our clients complex and international support base it’s important to be able to deliver first class support via both email and phone.
