AI Professionals – All Levels (Graduate to Director)

The Role:

We are currently partnering with a number of leading UK organisations (from boutique asset managers and insurance scale-ups through to product-led tech companies) who are seeking to build exceptional AI teams. As a result, we are keen to speak to AI professionals across the board from entry level graduates  to Director-level specialists across research, engineering, product and leadership.

The kind of projects you could be working on:

• Building and deploying ML/GenAI systems (LLMs, RAG, agents, CV/NLP, forecasting)
• End-to-end ML platforms & MLOps (data pipelines, model serving, monitoring, governance)
• FS/Insurance–specific use cases (pricing, fraud, claims automation, risk & model validation)
• Generative AI in production (safety, evaluation, prompt/tooling, retrieval, observability)
• Data foundations (feature stores, vector search, real-time inference, data quality)

Typical roles we hire for:

• Core: Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, Research Scientist (AI/ML), AI Engineer/LLM Engineer, CV/NLP Engineer
• Platform: MLOps / ML Platform Engineer, AI Platform/Infrastructure Engineer, AI Solutions Architect
• Product & Advisory: AI Product Manager, Applied Scientist, AI/GenAI Consultant
• Leadership: Head/Director/VP of AI/ML/Data Science, Chief AI Officer (CAIO)
• Risk & Governance: Responsible AI Lead, Model Risk/Validation, AI Governance/Ethics

• Languages/Frameworks: Python; PyTorch/TensorFlow/JAX; scikit-learn; LangChain/LlamaIndex

• MLOps/Infra: MLflow/Kubeflow; Docker/Kubernetes; CI/CD; AWS/Azure/GCP; model serving/monitoring
• FS/Insurance: Pricing/fraud/claims models, regulatory model governance, validation frameworks

What we’re looking for by level:

• Graduates / Early-career: Projects, internships or research demonstrating ML skills (Kaggle, dissertations, GitHub). Strong Python, stats/linear algebra fundamentals, curiosity and willingness to learn
• Mid-level: Commercial ML delivery (from notebook to production), sound engineering practices, stakeholder communication
• Senior / Lead / Director: Technical strategy, system design, team leadership/mentoring, delivery at scale, governance/safety and measurable business impact
