Senior Project Manager, Insurance

The Role:
Senior Project Manager with insurance and Guidewire experience is required by large insurance group.
They’re looking for a results-driven leader to manage large-scale digital transformation projects within a global specialty insurance environment. This role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver complex platform implementations in a dynamic, forward-thinking business that values collaboration, curiosity, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of insurance platform and system implementation projects
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines while ensuring quality delivery
- Drive RFI/RFP processes and vendor selection for technology solutions
- Build strong relationships across change teams, stakeholders, and third-party providers
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial insurance, including MGA and Lloyd’s market exposure
- Hands-on experience with insurance platform implementation, Guidewire knowledge is essential
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated success running RFI/RFP processes for insurance providers
- 10+ years managing complex IT or digital transformation projects
