The Role:

We’re looking for a delivery-focused Software Project Manager to join a complex transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities:

Must-have: Strong experience in Claims or Reinsurance — this is essential.

Key Requirements:

What we need…

Someone who:

  • SDLC and application/system modernisation
  • Cloud environments (e.g. Azure)
  • Tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, SharePoint etc
  • Drives delivery and holds teams accountable
  • Brings real visibility to progress, delays, and quality (incl. testing)
  • Has led defect management and resolution
  • Understands team capacity and how to optimise it
  • Improves collaboration (not just attends meetings)
