Senior Software Developer required for a HealthTech, tech-for-good business delivering software that supports patient care and rehabilitation across the healthcare sector.

This is a hands-on senior developer role, not purely architectural. You will design, build and maintain features on a live SaaS platform, working closely with product and clinical teams in a regulated healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop software features using Java, AWS and PostgreSQL
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and QA processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve client-reported issues
• Contribute to technical documentation and API specs
• Mentor junior developers

Key Requirements:

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years commercial software development experience
• Advanced Java
• Advanced Spring (Spring Web MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, Spring AMQP, Spring OAuth2)
• Advanced SQL, ideally PostgreSQL
• Cloud architecture experience, ideally AWS
• Strong security best-practice knowledge
• Version control, testing, code review experience
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work independently and mentor junior team members
