Join a fast-growing defence manufacturer developing cutting-edge targeting and surveillance tech. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to lead multidisciplinary projects from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

The role…
• Lead systems engineering across complex, high-tech projects
• Define requirements and system architecture
• Oversee V&V, integration, and customer design reviews
• Mentor junior engineers and support project bids

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years’ systems engineering experience (defence or similar)
• Cradle-to-grave product development skills
• Strong understanding of electronics, mechanical, and software systems
• Leadership in multi-disciplinary teams
