The Role:
We’re looking for a delivery-focused Software Project Manager to join a complex transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities:
Must-have: Strong experience in Claims or Reinsurance — this is essential.
Key Requirements:
What we need…
Someone who:
- SDLC and application/system modernisation
- Cloud environments (e.g. Azure)
- Tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, SharePoint etc
- Drives delivery and holds teams accountable
- Brings real visibility to progress, delays, and quality (incl. testing)
- Has led defect management and resolution
- Understands team capacity and how to optimise it
- Improves collaboration (not just attends meetings)
